This creates the locked-in feeling that ensures immediate responsiveness from the first pedal stroke to the final sprint. The platform of the SPD-SLR road bike pedal ensures a seamless connection between the cleat and the pedal. The extremely low stack height improves the stability of the shoe on the pedal. It features an injection-molded pedal body made of carbon composite material and has an extra-wide contact surface for stability and power transfer, as well as adjustable clip-in and clip-out resistance.
