Are you looking for a lightweight 16-inch bike? With its lightweight frame and classic design, the Academy Grade 3 children’s bike is a real eye-catcher amongst kids! Weighing just 5.5 kg, the bike is easy for a child to handle and offers greater riding enjoyment thanks to its precision in corners and when accelerating. The bike has a single gear and is fitted with V-brakes. Academy children’s bikes are designed in collaboration with specialists, feature an ultra-lightweight frame and meet the very latest ergonomic requirements. Academy bikes are 40 per cent lighter than the average child’s weight. Short cranks and an upright riding position allow the child to put their feet down at any time whilst still ensuring an ergonomic knee position whilst cycling. The bike is fitted with an adjustable stem, which allows the riding position to be precisely adjusted to suit the child’s preferences.
